for testing purposes you could try using Gimp and run 'flatten image' on 
the offending textures but it wont look the same in Flightgear .Or you 
could comment out the included instruments/panels ... but it really 
needs to be fixed properly. The worst one is the 777-200 , as I used a 
transparent layer to make the panel lettering glow at night , but was 
going to try using 2d panel text instead ... never got that far , and 
dont know if its a better solution or not .Probably.
Eventually I'll try to get back to it and fix these issues,
