I found out that it looks like this for the ailerons:

stick 100% right: +1
stick 75% right : +1
stick 50% right : +1
stick centered  : +1
stick 50% left  : +1
stick 75% left  : 0
stick 100% left : -1

The same is for the elevetor axis. Throttles and rudder are working fine.

I dont knwo why it detets joystick 2. But js_demo does this too, so I
didn't wonder much about this.
Maybe its a thing with USB-prots?
