Hello Curlie These situations are always difficult enough when they involve competition for perhaps lack of business yet alone when a family member is involved. Also, when communication breaks down, there is often a lot of mis-information getting involved and things can easily go from bad to worse. I've also had a look at all your sites and I have to say that there are some strange things I don't understand, making further comment difficult. Some, for example promote clicks in certain zones but, on arrival are covering different areas. There's also some 'black hat' misuse of keywords .... I'm wondering if this has been done as an attempt at defence or through not understanding search engine practices?

Do you mean in the Page Titles, Meta Tags or where? If they do really "advertise" and use "your name" to gain work .... there is a LOT you can do about that.
