I would like to take this opportunity to change my tune. I have
received some information that has provided me with the other side to
the story. As such, I must apologize to "the niece" for calling her
unethical, mean-spiritied, and doing illegal things. That is not the
case. This appears to be a family dispute which has spilled onto the
boards and has not shown both sides of the story, but has allowed the
facts to be mispresented, misleading, and somewhat untrue.

Therefore, I take back my unsolicited and incorrect advice, and will
try to refrain from giving any when I don't know both sides to the
story. I normally don't get caught up in these things, but in this
instance, it appears I have. I was a bad kitty. My sincere a-paw-
logy.

employees, lying and using your company name, then I would at least
get legal advice and serve papers on her.  It seems like any sense
of'family' obligation has gone right out the window, so you may as
welldeal with this as a "business" problem.  By trying to find
sometrustful employees, you are still allowing her to attack you and
stealanyone else you try to employ.
