I would like to take this opportunity to change my tune. I have received some information that has provided me with the other side to the story. As such, I must apologize to "the niece" for calling her unethical, mean-spiritied, and doing illegal things. That is not the case. This appears to be a family dispute which has spilled onto the boards and has not shown both sides of the story, but has allowed the facts to be mispresented, misleading, and somewhat untrue.
Therefore, I take back my unsolicited and incorrect advice, and will try to refrain from giving any when I don't know both sides to the story. I normally don't get caught up in these things, but in this instance, it appears I have. I was a bad kitty.
