I'm sorry, it sounded like you were asking for advice on how to handle
the situation, rather then looking for artists in your area.
I'm surre there are artists out there that will contact you. Keep your
chin up!

I AM curious as to why you would pick three completely different looks
for your company. It seems like it would be confusing to a client
looking for your company. I totally understand having more then one
domain. (I have several) and I understand you have a website-creating
junkie in the family. LOL But I worry that because there's no
consistency with the styles and names, your losing yourself in the
internet. Instead of streaming visits into one site and raising
yourself in the organic searches, you've "divided" them up into
multiple sites.
Also, how many times do you get calls from people pricing you against
yourself?
