If /3 has no effect now, it should be removed from /? text.

The "enable PS2 wheel" option should have another name then.

The /o option can be removed, it is so new that nobody will
miss it yet (it means "disable all wheels"). Note that it
is not "FORCE PS2 wheel" but ENABLE - the detection already
tries to get hold of the wheel, but you cannot force it if
it does not react ;-). As discussed, there is no need to
disable the wheel on COM port mice. Of course one could
change the whole /o option from "disable all wheels" into
"enable PS2 wheels" but "o" is an odd letter for that ;-).

Probably pre-Logitech MS-3button mice used L+R=Mtoggle protocol
but were useable as 2button with classic MS protocol anyway.
