     Today I update PROTOCOL.TXT (joke: "Microsoft mode" was mistyped as
"Mouse mode" :) ) and add:

All bytes are equal to Microsoft mode packet.
Middle button state toggle indicated by packet, where state of left and
  right buttons identical to previous packet and movement bits are zero.
