Okay, perhaps I'm mistaken about your intent and behavior based on recent 
actions.  If that's really true, my apologies.

So I'll publicly make the offer.  Do you want to continue making new 
changes to EMM386?  If so, rather than continue with a split, you can work 
with me for a little while and then if things work out, I'll suggest to Tom 
that you take over as co-maintainer.  You've done sufficient work to prove 
you're capable, if you keep it up and work a little bit on better 
communication.  As can we all.
