I've almost always had trouble getting answers from support. There have been times where I've gotten immediate response either through the forum or via email/phone which is great! However in general I would say they are slow....and my biggest complaint is that it seems if no one knows the answer to the question, then they just ignore the question and don't tell you that their either working on it...or plain just don't know.
Plus, it's hard because the resources and knowledgebase that they do put out there are very limited and many parts are out of date.
