I too have had numerous problems with Printable's Customer Support over
the past year and finally gave up wasting my time even contacting them.

I even discovered a few problems and everytime I tried to make them aware
of a problem they would quickly respond that basically I was wrong and had
no clue what I was talking about. They would never look into the problem
first to see that it was indeed a valid problem on their end.

Our CPM left Printable I think about two months ago and no one from
Printable has even told us who our new CPM is. I sent an e-mail last month
to our old CPM and support. I actually got a response from support that
had cc: our old CPM in the e-mail (even though this person was no longer
there). I did not get any response from a new CPM or that our CPM had
left.

I completely agree that Printable definitely lacks communication and
support.
