Am I one of the few that is ok with Printable Support?

We had some issues when we first began, (2 years) and the learning curve was big, but our new CPM has been very responsive, and timely. I know we still have a lot to learn, but found the conference in Las Vegas valuable for following a direction of support. We do try to figure "it" out on our own, and when we hit the wall, I feel the response, and answers have been timely, and realistic.
