Ditto, Ditto, Ditto!

Now I know that I am not alone! This escalated to a conference call with
Printable due to lack of support. Involved was the owner of our company,
one of our directors, and others. The Printable team on the call was not
only rude, they would try to talk over our Director as he was talking and
wouldn't let him finish his point. Our Director is a normally calm man and
he lost it! The end of the call was a bunch of promises from Printable
that were supposed to happen the next day, this was month's ago, .... more
Printable empty promises.

This is PAID support!

I have been in the printing industry for 16 years, and this is hands down
the worst support team that I have ever experienced. Period.
