Within moments of posting the above post we received contact from
printable. We are now getting the answers we need. The above post was made
out of pure frustration with unanswered questions.

Let me clarify a few things:
The training classes were helpful in the aspect that they allowed me to
learn the basics of the program.
The trainer of the class was very helpful in answering my questions while
I was there.
My frustration stems from a lack of support within the past weeks since my
return, and having to deal with an aspect of the program that hadn't been
introduced to me

Thank you to all that responded to my questions, you help is very
appreciated

F.Y.I Printable lost a bunch of customer service people recently, they
told us they are looking forward to training and adding more people to
their team to help us all
