I just recently came back from training in CA, and the training I received
taught me nothing I couldn't figure out on my own. We have quite a few
print one stores up and running right now that deal primarily with the
profile attributes and were created using 5.5. Nothing was taught during
training about this and all I have been able to do since I got back I have
figured out on my own, learned from the forum or experienced from trial
and error. When I finally got my CPM on the phone (after 5 e-mails, 3
voicemail's and multiple unanswered calls), I asked him if the training I
received in CA (for 6.0) would even be relevant to the work I need to do
on the 5.5 print one stores. He said the two were very similar and I
shouldn't have any issues. The I asked him about the Profile Attributes,
he then told me that, that was the one exception.

The multiple problems we are having deal with recently added templates.
Line will not suppress no matter what method of suppressant we choose. I
have told the template to suppress when "containing empty variables" as
well as "empty". Both ways do not work. I have sent the collect files to
tech support with no real response, the only reply I have gotten thus far
tells me to do something I have already done. This issue deals with
templates I have recently added as well as templates we have had uploaded
by printable.

Could the main problem be the integration of fusion pro 6.0 and print one
5.5? If we use fusion pro 6.0 can we continue to use the 5.5 print one
stores? Or do we need to make a switch to print one 6.0 in order to use
fusion pro 6.0?

If we had templates created and uploaded by printable, how do we get ahold
of the collect files? Does anyone know who is in charge of the back end of
printable?
