I've never had any problems with installing Tiger on my Pismo (and
I've done it more times than I can count—I'm wishy-washy). How much
RAM do you have in that thing? If it's less than 512 MB, you're just
asking for trouble, plus the HD will be running so much as virtual RAM
that your battery life will be severely reduced. I haven't had OS 9 on
it for awhile—just recently I put it back on though, as a bit of
nostalgia. Nice dual-boot.
  Anyone have problems with the folders getting all disorganized with
a dual-boot?
