You will need a good solder sucker, some of the eyelets in the PCB board don't like releasing the FBT pins. Any decent monitor repair business should know of a source, I've only ordered in Europe. It is always prudent to check any other components that could be stressed. When ever a flyback fails there is always the possibility of components in the B+ regulator feed circuitry failing, the reference you quoted points to that area.
