no, it isn't.  it's definitely worse under windows, but it still has many security 
design
flaws which are cross platform.  many of these have been well documented and include
things like java and javascript security flaws which have nothing to do with the os 
it's
being run under.  remember, the mac version is largely a port of the windows version 
with
only minor changes, the underlying poor quality of code and total lack of concern over
security is carried over.
