This is off topic but perhaps will prove a useful thread.
I've made an E-bay purchase that is going bad.
Seller claimed "no scratches" "like new" condition.
Unit came with many scratches and wear marks (well documented to
seller with detailed photos).
Seller is unsympathetic and belligerent.
I'm willing to eat the deal to save my 100% Positive Feedback.
But, wondering if anyone knows how this could/should go.
Seems like there should be a way to warn others
without getting penalized with negative feedback oneself.
As always, any and all advise appreciated.
