Don't make your feedback rating a fetish. The more you do business at ebay
the more certain that you will eventually get a vindictive negative. Lots
of crooked and dumb people at ebay.
But, wondering if anyone knows how this could/should go.
Seems like there should be a way to warn others
without getting penalized with negative feedback oneself.
If the seller won't accept he's wrong, there's nothing you can do except
try to convince him that it's better for both if you return the item and he
accepts it.
On the other hand, be certain you are right in your claim and put yourself
in the seller's shoes.
