Depends on the item and seller.
*The guy in California who was recently convicted of using malware
controlled botnets to do DDOS attacks, ad hit scamming and such was
in the news last week. One scam was using these botnets to leave
positive feedback on e-bay.
I'd like to see the details on that one. You can only leave feedback
if an auction has been won, etc. And the few times there have been
feedback scams, eBay has been pretty careful to roll it all back.
