I'd like to see the details on that one. You can only leave
feedback if an auction has been won, etc. And the few times there
have been feedback scams, eBay has been pretty careful to roll it
all back.
I'll scrounge through my browser history for it...unfortunately it
may be on the machine at home. I don't know the details, only what I
read on the Internet, but it mentioned manipulating e-bay feedback :-P
