Hmmm, I've never restarted myself, (and sinse Ekitrina and I have been 
together for almost three years now, i doubt I ever will), but I should 
guess restarting is just what it says, everything in the game is resit.

sinse the subscription simply gives you access to the extra game content on 
whatever character you play (even if you play two or three characters at 
once), I don't see that it would have any effect on restarting at all.
