I'll obviously be happy to be let off the hook if I can do everything I want
to do by writing the code in MOO. With the livmited information I've given
as to what I'd like to do, can you see any reason why I couldn't do it all
going that route?

Yeah, if you don't want to build your own dedicated mud server from
scratch like i described earlier the MOO language might be a better way to
go. When you said from scratch I thought you meant building a mud server
from the ground up which is what I described. Grin.
If you are just interested in writing something rather quickly and simply
working with an existing MOO and MOO language would work better in your
case. Heck, I am a seasoned software developer with a dedicated Linux box
and I don't even want to think about the man hours of building my own mud
server. Grin.
