Well, to be honest, in terms of game access... you're wasting your 
time there. Companies don't care how much a blind person wants to 
play their games... it isn't worth their time and energy. People who 
play mainstream games need to get used to this. I've never heard of a 
scenario where people actually listened to a blind gamer. But they do 
talk to fans about what they want in terms of gameplay, characters, 
etc... it isn't just what's profitable for them. If enough fans 
demand it, companies do try and add it in. And if you want proof that 
game companies listen to fans and ask peoples' opinions... look at 
capcom and namco. Marvel VS. Capcom 3, Street Fighter x tekken and 
Tekken x Street Fighter are a result of fans wanting a new MVC game 
and a capcom vs. Namco type crossover.
