Hi.

from looking at their site that is what I gathered, but if niels is going to continue selling the games through his own site anyway that should be okay. I'm however a little disappointed that A, we can't support niels' developement on steam because it's an inaccessible system, and B, that we can't chat to other smugglers players about the game.

That was one of the nicest things about the old nielsbauer forum, being fully accessible you could discuss the game irrespective of what level of site you had, indeed in a couple of new combat features such as closing with the enemy determining turn order I recognize some ideas that were discussed on that forum.

I don't ultimately think use of steam will make difference to accessibility either way, it's just an inaccessible promo from what I can tell, and from a business standpoint I agree, probably fine, it's just a shame that unlike with the old forum this also marginalizes vi players of the game from everyone else which is obviously a bad thing.

I might suggest to niels that perhaps a mailing list would be a good idea, sinse those are generally lower maintainance than forums, and could be used by everybody.

Beware the grue!

Dark.
