Hi Darren,

Ahem...I wouldn't say mailing lists are"a blind thing" because a lot
of people use them blind and sighted alike. There has been a trend
towards forums, blogs, and things like that of late, but if you look
around there are lists for just about everything under the sun. I
myself am on a number of technical related lists  that have nothing to
do with the blind where sighted people hang out. Most of them are
unaware I'm a blind person as I choose not to advertise my disability
there. Point being, mailing lists are not just a blind thing as you
claim.
