Same here, 7 months same IP. However, I have zoneedit and with the help of a little perl script, your IP is updated in their servers if it were to change. All the instructions are somewhere in their site.
Here is Lafayette Cox just begun to block ports 80 and 25 in the last week or so. They also have a web forwarding service which I do not know exactly how it works but that I plan to implement today.
