As far as I know is is only talk thus far.  Dennis
Rowe will probably be the primary contact.  (He didn't
duck fast enough.)  There is a lot of interest in Open
Source and Linux, a lot of people "seem" interested. 
How many of them have the time and energy to get
involved will determine what happenes.

I will help, but I won't be much help.  Heck, I'm
mostly useless on a good day.

Dennis and I are working on a contact letter to get a
email listserv account through LSU.  We will run the
letter past the BRLUG prior to sending it in for
comments, speuling and grammer checks.

I hope the LSU-LUG can become at least a good on-line
source for coordinating Open Source activity on
campus.  I don't know if meetings need to happen
except for  Fellowship, Community Coffee, Krispy Kreme
and install fests.
