Well said Adam.  I am personally not in favor of the homosexual agenda but I 
could not imagine forcing someone out of my employment for their views on such 
(either for or against).  I might not be best of buddies with someone with whom 
I disagree vehemently, but I would still defend their right to possess their 
own view of the world.
