Hi! Could you elaborate on why removing inactive subscribers is so important? I'm a little confused by the statement "anyone’s inactivity influences the delivery of all of our email programs".
Is it a cost issue of sending out so many emails? Or is it that we can't properly measure the impact of our communications? Also, will users be migrated over to HTML emails automatically, or will we prompt them to resubscribe?
