What about paying a programmer to fix it for you, or simply asking a question on a newsgroup or mailing list?

Open source support is usually far superior to any commercial support I've experienced.

We even follow these principles for closed source software - ie. you are more likely to get help with a Microsoft product by asking an appropriate mailing list, compared to asking Microsoft directly.
