Is that such a bad thing after all? She has done a lot to popularize environmental issues- much more than the (political) green activists anyway. I myself started giving more attention to env issues mainly following here famous spar with Seethi Haji. Consequences matter more than intentions - if her involvement draws more people's attention to the issue, and in turn force the government to withdraw the project, it is only a good thing. About her alleged involvement with Hindutva - I don't know enough. If somebody could throw more light on that, I appreciate it. Best regards, Murali.
