all of us (hopefully) share the worries of this issue from relatively safe location, as dileep said. based on supreme court's observation of gujarath govt's failure to stop anti-muslim riot and many reports of modi govt's active support to it make him entitled to be called 'criminal'. a free investigation and legal process wud put him in prison.
