Hm. That's a good point. However if you rounded up a fraction creating the advantage at character creation, and then level it up later, you may accidentally end up overcharging yourself if you just add the cost of more levels to the cost of the existing advantage. IOW, it may be safer just to redo the math anyways.

Unless you have a particularly complicated power with different advantages and limitations on some of the levels, it should be the same amount of calculation either way, just a bigger actual number in one step. And if you DO have a particularly complicated power, you brought it on yourself *EG*
