Hello Mike, the idea of an Invasion Manual will be difficult unless the TL and available technologies are narrowed down. How expensive is surface to orbit and FTL travel? How do sensors work? Etc. There could be several sets of assumptions, from hard science to space opera, of course, but answers won't translate from one setting to the other.
Also, your habit of cross-posting to several different mailing lists makes things extremely difficult to follow unless everyone is on all of these lists -- but then you wouldn't need multiple lists to start with. Can we agree to keep everything on GURPSnet?
