Five finished vehicles:

* TL8 2-ton tracked carrier, 4 seats: a potential permanent party
  vehicle.
* TL8 2-ton airship, 4 seats: issued for specific missions.
* 0.8-ton grav bike, 1 seat: potential permanent PC vehicles, one
  per party member.
* 0.25-ton grav chariot, 2 people: for the evil overlords.
* 3-ton grav gunship, 4 seats, armed: probably a recurring villain.

Two are under construction, but the numbers look good:

* 0.5-ton grav bike, 2 seats, armed: probably a recurring villain.
* 10-ton grav gunship, 8 seats, armed: in the supporting cast,
  could be good or evil.

Three drafts which don't look satisfactory yet:

* 10-ton grav fighter, 2 seats, armed.
* 30-ton grav gunship, 12 seats, armed.
* 100-ton guardship, armed.

What DR would the animal need to make that feasible? But you could
have a caravan of animal-drawn wheeled forts. Each night they draw
into a circle, with the animals protected inside. Armored against
handheld bows and crossbows, armed with ballista which outrange
handheld weapons.

A mobile home, for chieftains who want to imitate the grav flyers
of the Evil Overlords.

A war chariot drawn by a T-Rex.

The rules don't work well. Land animals tow land vehicles, air
animals tow air vehicles ...
