Given the increase in targeting systems, I can see first round hits being 
fairly reliable.

Note that 20mm rounds are more than twice the wps of 7.62mm rounds, but 20mm 
cannons still replaced 7.62mm MGs on fighters.

DR 360 laminate?

So I figure 6dx20 for reliable penetration (given the curve of 6d6), so that 
works out to: 6dx7(3) for APFSDS, 6dx4(10) HEAT or 6dx8(5) HEDP required to 
hole a suit.
