Yes, but suppressive fire would be difficult if you have to 
make each shot count. Historically riflemen might carry 210
rounds 5.56mm or 120 rounds 7.62mm, or more if they were 
expecting heavy fighting.

WPS 1.5 lbs. for the 50mm, right? Plus a small amount for 
the power cell. More than twice the WPS of my blaster (which 
has a lower penetration, but still enough).

My suit has DR 360, but there will be softer targets on the 
battlefield which do not rate the big guns. 

By the way, I'm thinking about the transport vehicle. I had
thought about a fusion-powered hovercraft, but now I'm 
thinking about a ducted-fan "helicopter" with an Avatar 
look-and-feel.
