Not good, certainly, but there could be multiple reactors and reserve

Shouldn't a TL10 missile be able to carry something like a shaped charge fusion implosion warhead? Not a fission/fusion explosion, but a forced fusion explosion pushed by conventional explosives and capacitors driving a magnetic confinement field.

I'm pretty sure that was in a GURPS book, but I may be vaguely recalling another piece of science fiction. If so, my apologies.

But anyway, something like that ought to be able to do a lot more than a few hundred points of damage.
