Joe JFW has plenty of satisfied users; and that is the way it should be. Keep in mind that strong competition benefits the marketplace. WE is so strong because it has strong competition. We would not have a good screen reader in WE (and vice versa) if JFW were not what it is. I am a customer; not a cheerleader. While I am currently a satisfied WE user; this is not to say that one day I may not purchase another screen reader for whatever reason. This is what keeps software advancing and progressing. If effective competition failed to suddenly exist, all users (regardless of which screen reader they happened to be using) would be the big looser in the long run. While you and I may not see things as Angelo does, if I were in his shoes experiencing what he is, any of us might react as he is. He can only react to what he experiences.
My relationship with God begins with trust. It also continues in trust.
