One of the reasons we've said that themes cannot self-link or display
public-facing credits is _because_ plugins cannot, and it is unfair to
allow theme designers to self-promote in a way that plugin designers
cannot. I suppose it is possible to make a theme or plugin dependent on
CreditDue but that's another issue entirely.
