I have the same concerns that Quang, this look like a good idea at a beginning, but the risk is to have 3 differents communities. Even a vietnamese message could be interesting to someone who don't speak vietnamese if there is for example some links to a web site. Some people can read english and they are a bit shy to speak in english ... I guess the new people in the community, they will subscribe only to the english or vietnamese ml and they will lose some contents.
