why not on the tangent box opposite side of the keys under the
tangents....easy to adjust and plenty of space...

That's neat. Where do you mount the pot? I'd not expect to want to
adjust it very often; but making it inaccessible would defeat the
object. Maybe under the soundboard - with a nice-looking knob on the top
side?
