The cvar has nothing to do with anything. If you have a plugin that 
instantly respawns players on death, then your server is vulnerable to 
this exploit. Otherwise you're fine.
If you have mp_disable_respawn_times set to 1, then you still have to 
wait for the freezecam, and then wait a few more seconds after that 
until you respawn. It doesn't really disable respawn times, just 
shortens them to ~5 seconds. That's why if you use that instead of a 
plugin, this exploit won't work.
