You'll probably find they extended crash dump creation with diagnostics and they used RtlCaptureContext without realizing that API is not supported on Win2k, Im sure they would let you know if they dropped 2k support instead of just giving you a random error code.
Make a bug report with support or give them a day or two to fix the routine up.
