In my book it would. I wrote about it earlier on here, last year it spawned in
a place nobody could reach, and then only with a map reload one had another
chance. so for those noclip was given.
as for the material hacks... sv_pure 2.... and imo it should have been a
protected one, even in sv_pure 0/1
