Good points Robert and as I've said, I feel nothing is wrong with that. I also don't think servers offering paid for benefits are wrong either. It's up to them to provide the game play experience they want and if they want to sell premium benefits (Which I think is lame, but not against the rules) Then they should have the ability to.
This of course assumes they're following all of the Policy of Truth rules, etc.
