What type of equipment are you using? I have the bandwidth available, but the processor keeps maxing out. Usually have 18 to 24 on the CZ server, and up to 12 on the srcds concurrently before the lag starts. I am running a Intel 2.0 GHz machine / 1 GB RAM.
