This is just a fyi for everyone. I haven't heard back from Valve yet but i managed to create ghost player and remove the created ghost too without rebooting from the server. The way i did it, is just one way and i suspect it can be done atleast another way too. I sent the info how to reproduce it and Valve folks should make something out of it. Fixing it might be harder task to do though.

I'm not going to say how to do it as some folks might go exploit it on every server and create ghosts just for laughs.
