Not to say the various gameplay affecting mods. Imagine two teams wanting to duke it out, and then it turns out that the random they join have a "roll the dice" plugin. Seriously, that annoyed me to hell and back with the L4D(2) matchmaking system while we're at it... having to remake a game due to crappy mods server admins added.
